These Terms & Conditions apply when you place an order with Crazy Raindrops through our website.

By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

About Us

Crazy Raindrops is a custom printing business based in Maesteg, South Wales, UK.

Products

We make and supply printed clothing, gifts and personalised products.

Because many items are produced to order, slight variations may occur between product images and the finished item.

Colours shown on phones, tablets and computer screens may also vary slightly from the printed product.

Product Sizes

Please check the size information provided before ordering clothing.

Sizing may vary between garment brands and styles.

Where a size guide is available, please use it to help choose the best fit.

We cannot normally offer a refund or replacement where an item has been produced correctly in the size selected by the customer.

Personalised & Custom Orders

Please check all names, dates, wording, colours, sizes and other personalised details carefully before submitting your order.

We will normally produce the item using the information supplied by you.

If we notice something that appears to be incorrect, we may contact you before production, but responsibility for checking submitted details remains with the customer.

Personalised and custom-made items cannot normally be cancelled or returned simply because you have changed your mind.

This does not affect your rights if the item is faulty, damaged, not as described or we have made an error.

Customer-Supplied Artwork & Images

Where you provide photographs, logos, artwork, wording or other material for printing, you confirm that you have the necessary rights or permission to use that material.

You are responsible for ensuring that customer-supplied files are suitable for the requested use.

We may refuse to reproduce material where we reasonably believe doing so could infringe another person’s rights or be unlawful.

Orders

Submitting an order through our website does not necessarily mean we have accepted it immediately.

We may contact you if there is a problem with availability, personalisation details, artwork, pricing or another part of the order.

An order is accepted once we begin processing it or otherwise confirm acceptance.

Prices

Prices shown on our website are in pounds sterling (£).

The price payable is the price shown at checkout when your order is placed, together with any applicable delivery charges.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure prices are accurate.

If a genuine pricing error occurs, we may contact you before processing the order and give you the option to continue at the correct price or cancel.

Payment

Payment is required through one of the payment methods offered at checkout.

Orders may not enter production until payment has been successfully received.

We do not normally receive or store your full card details when payment is processed through an external payment provider.

Production Times

We aim to have most standard orders ready within 2–3 working days.

Larger orders, highly personalised products and busy periods may take longer.

Production times are estimates and are separate from Royal Mail delivery times.

If you need an order for a specific date, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm whether the timescale is achievable.

Local Delivery

Local delivery is available within Maesteg and selected surrounding areas where shown at checkout.

We will contact you where necessary regarding delivery arrangements.

Collection

Collection from Maesteg is available by prior arrangement.

As we operate from private premises, please do not visit without arranging collection with us first.

UK Delivery

UK orders are normally sent using Royal Mail.

Available delivery methods and charges will be shown at checkout.

Once an order has been handed to Royal Mail, delivery times may be affected by circumstances outside our direct control.

If there is a delivery problem, please contact us and we will help where reasonably possible.

Cancelling an Order

For standard, non-personalised products, you may have cancellation rights under UK consumer law.

For personalised or custom-made products, cancellation rights may be limited once production has begun.

If you need to cancel or amend an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

If production has not yet started, we may be able to make changes or cancel the order.

Returns & Refunds

Personalised products cannot normally be returned simply because you change your mind.

This does not affect your statutory rights where goods are faulty, damaged, not as described or supplied incorrectly.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.

We may ask you to provide photographs or other information to help us understand the problem.

Where the issue is our responsibility, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory rights.

Availability

All products are subject to availability.

If an item or garment becomes unavailable after you order, we may contact you to offer a suitable alternative or provide a refund where appropriate.

Events Outside Our Control

We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as postal disruption, severe weather, supplier delays or other unforeseen circumstances.

Where this happens, we will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed and complete your order as soon as practical.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on our website accurate and up to date.

We may update product descriptions, prices, availability and website content from time to time.

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

The version that applies to your order will normally be the version published when your order was placed.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes any rights you have under applicable UK consumer law.
