Delivery and Collection

We make and print your order here at Crazy Raindrops in Maesteg, South Wales.

Most of our products are made to order, so please allow time for us to prepare your order before local delivery, collection or dispatch.

How Long Will My Order Take?

We aim to have most standard orders ready within 2–3 working days.

During busy periods, larger orders or highly personalised work may take a little longer. If you need something for a particular date, please contact us before ordering and we’ll let you know what we can do.

Local Delivery

Local delivery is available within Maesteg and selected surrounding areas and is our preferred option for local orders.

Where available, the delivery option and any applicable charge will be shown during checkout. We’ll let you know when your order is ready and arrange delivery.

Collection

Collection from Maesteg is available by prior arrangement.

As we work from private premises, please do not visit without arranging collection with us first. We’ll contact you when your order is ready and arrange a suitable collection time.

UK Delivery

We can deliver orders throughout the UK using Royal Mail.

Available delivery options and charges will be shown at checkout. Once your order has been completed and dispatched, we’ll send you confirmation to let you know it’s on its way.

Delivery times are in addition to the time needed for us to make and print your order.

Personalised & Custom Orders

Please check names, dates, sizes, colours and other personalised details carefully before placing your order.

If we spot something that doesn’t look right, we may contact you before printing.
